Can you believe that I had to make my first new 'anti-Compact' purchase on Friday? And it was a box. I had to buy a box. How ridiculous is that?
I had to send Christian's MP3 player back today. Guess who too the box that the last one was sent to us to the recycling center on Tuesday? Ayup. Me.
So on Friday I spent 77¢ on a box and $1.57 on bubble wrap. I hang my head in Compact shame.
Speaking of shame... can anyone recommend a good website for herbs and spices? I had to buy turmeric, thyme, dill cream of tartar and whole nutmeg pod like thingies (what are those things called anyway? Just 'whole nutmeg'?) it was around $20. Granted, the nutmeg pods were $7 of that, but sheesh!
